Experience vs Education

Deru angin malam menjadi teman dikala aku dihadapan Acer Aspire 4750. Bertemankan aku lagu Istikharah Cinta dinyayikan oleh Sigma.Tempias rintik-rintik hujan mengena tingkap bilik aku. Agak lama jugak aku fikir keadaan di Malaysia memang begini. Hujan turun tanpa mengira waktu. Baik pagi, petang atau malam. Bila diintai isu pemanasan global & peningkatan bencana alam diserata dunia membuatkan jantung aku berdegup kencang kerana setiap kali aku membacanya, setiap kali itu lah aku membayangkan bagaimana keadaan Malaysia menjadi 'huru-hara' pada suatu saat nanti. Astagfirullah.

Mari, kala ini aku ingin berkongsi satu topik tentang pengalaman dan pendidikan. Bila bercakap tentang pengalaman, terbayang di benak fikiran aku betapa banyak rintangan, halangan dan 'tragedi' telah menimpa aku sepanjang 18 tahun aku hidup di muka bumi Allah SWT ini. Semua itu lah yang menjadikan pengalaman dalam hidup aku. Betul kata mama 'Pengalaman itu lah yang memantangkan hidup seseorang'. Ye ! aku sangat berpegang pada kata-kata mama itu. Bila bercakap tentang pendidikan, yang mana harus diutamakan untuk berjaya? Ada yang berkata, pendidikan itu amat penting untuk menjamin masa depan seseorang. Ada pula yang berkata pengalaman itu kadang kala boleh melampui batas pendidikan kerana sifat pengalaman itu directly to mengajar dan terus 'melekat' dalam fikiran. Itu terpulang. Setiap orang mempunyai pandangan yang berbeza dan kita harus menghormatinya. 

Sejujurnya, dalam hidup ini kadang kala semangat kita tidak selalunya 'stabil'. Ada kala ia bersemangat, ada kalanya sampai 'terjatuh' sehingga kita perlu berdiri dengan teguhnya. Macam itu jugalah iman kita. Kadang kala ada pasang surutnya kan? 

Secara amnya, pada pandangan sudut aku, dalam dunia yang moden lagi bertambah pesat ini, masing-masing  ada antara kita sedang berlumba-lumba untuk mencapai kejayaan. Pendek kata, pendidikan sebenarnya wajib diutamakan berbanding dengan pengalaman. Kerana apa aku berkata begitu? Pendidikan ini lah sebenarnya membuka mata kita seluas-luasnya pada semua benda & barulah pengalaman menyusul. Dan aku sangat mengakui, pendidikan yang tanpa pengalaman juga tidak mampu membuahkan hasil yang 'tinggi' kerana semua ini berdasarkan atas teori semata-mata.
